We believe in a holistic experience. Through our routines you get to experience an hour of connecting with your inner self - leaving the class feeling the best version of yourself.

  • ​All classes must be paid in full and registered before joining the class due to limited capacity
  • Payment is applicable for only 1 person to attend and cannot be transferred
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars
  • ​Prices are subject to change
  • ​We encourage everyone to wear comfortable fitness clothing and shoes
  • ​Please bring your own water bottles and towels
  • ​Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the class for full reimbursement/reschedule. If you do not show up to class and do not cancel at least 24 hours before the start, then the full class fee will be deducted. No partial refund policy
  • Packages bought cannot be transferred or refunded once used. Packages expire after their validity time

Our power-packed dance routines are designed to include intense cardio, build your core strength with high intensity interval training (HIIT) - burning up to 800 calories in one hour.
